definitely try to get a N95 type mask if you can for it. I will say it's probably not as risky as you might think mostly because of how well airplanes circulate and filter air. We have some KN95 masks which are similar in effectiveness to the N95 ones. The biggest issue there is making sure they're legit as there are apparently a lot of fake ones going around. I know some local hardware stores have started stocking those so they might be a better bet in terms of making sure you get a real one... obviously more expensive than buying online though.
